下面把 often / usually / always / be used to 四个最常混淆的表达，从“语法结构、频率含义、时间指向、易错点”四大维度一次讲透。读完就能彻底分清。

一、频率副词三兄弟：often / usually / always

副词	频率值	汉语	语气强度	例句
always	100%	总是	最强	Shealways arrives early.

1. 语法位置

• be 动词之后：She is always on time.
• 实义动词之前：He often watches Netflix.
